Thomas got into computers when he started doing level design work for a computer game called half-life developed by Valve software. He did levels for various half-life modifications and nearly entered the software games industry. In the end he decided against it and is now heavily involved in software engineering.

In 2007 he joined SAP AG where he is currently working on development tools and evangelizing agile development processes.

Besides this website he also publishes articles at the SAP Developer Network, showcases his photos on a regular basis at Flickr and gives you an insight into his music taste at Last.fm.
